Bookings are now open for Ports of Auckland Heritage Sailings in the October school holiday weekends

Ports of Auckland 90-minute cruises aboard the iconic William C Daldy steam tugboat are on during this year’s Auckland Heritage Festival in the October school holidays.Celebrate the rich maritime heritage of Auckland City and explore the Waitematā Harbour from the 82 year old Daldy; one of the port’s first tugs built in 1935.
These family-friendly tours will cruise through the port’s wharves at work and under the Auckland Harbour Bridge. Discover the boat at your leisure, from the bustling engine room below to the wheelhouse up top. Each cruise will be accompanied by a detailed commentary on Auckland’s maritime history.
Tickets are $10 an adult and $3 a child. Kids under the age of two sail free.
