The Big Sing”, run by the NZ Choral Federation, is held annually in 11 centres. The Auckland regional event is held over 3 days (22-24 June) in the Auckland Town Hall. Here is your chance to hear stunning and varied performances from around 60 of Auckland’s secondary school choirs, showcasing choral music presented with skill, diversity, enthusiasm and musicianship. You will hear everything from classical to contemporary art music; from music theatre to gospel; and from Maori and Pasifika to Hungarian and French music.
Each daytime session culminates in a Gala concert at 7.00pm that night. Day time sessions are: – Tuesday: 8.50am – 12.30pm, 1.20pm – 5pm – Wednesday: 8.50am – 12.30pm, 1.20pm – 5pm – Thursday: 8.50am – 12.30pm, 1.20pm – 4pm Gala concerts are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7.00pm and the evening is a ticketed event

Entry to daytime sessions in the Town Hall is $2 per person.
Evening gala concert tickets are:
