We have a family pass to give away for a heritage sailing on the Ted Ashby at the NZ Maritime Museum to celebrate the school holidays!
The NZ Maritime Museum April will have lots of fun for the kids in the April School holidays. Hear the tales of the Manukau Harbour in a live storybook show with the 'Wise Bird of the Waitakere', then celebrate maritime tradition with a drop in workshop to create your own Knot Board with friendly hosts. Kids will love a real out-at-sea experience on the heritage harbour sailing, where they can help hoist the sails or just take in the views (lifejackets are provided!). There’s also the child-friendly “Knot Touch” art exhibition by Jae Kang to explore, a tactile experience that stimulates the imagination and invites interaction.
The winner will be notified by email and will receive a one hour sailing experience on the heritage vessel Ted Ashby (including entry to the NZ Maritime Museum) for either two adults and two children, or one adult and three children. Entries close on 29 April 2018.
