Event Details

Join Experiencing Marine Reserves and Gulf Eco Adventures for a guided snorkel and tour to the Mokohinau Islands.

Leave from Sandspit wharf and travel 2hrs out to the Mokohinau Islands for a day of snorkeling and exploration by SUP and kayak.

Mokohinau Island group is offshore and the ocean conditions may be rough on our way out there and back. If you get seasick at all this event is not suitable for you. A suitable sheltered site will be found for snorkeling. EMR will provide wetsuits and snorkeling equipment.

Suitable for children aged 10 and above – please do not purchase tickets for younger children.  Bookings essential, as only 8 spots available each day.

Parking is available at the AT Sandspit carpark, 1429 Sandspit Road, Sandspit for $6-$12 per day.

Back up date of Sat 20th June and Sun 21st June.
