Prepare to be surrounded by the magic and wonder of the Christmas season!
Families will love the magical train ride in one of our specially decorated carriages. Youâll meet Santa, sing, and celebrate this special time of year.
Set to the sounds of Christmas carols, passengers are invited to wear their pajamas and join us to be whisked away for an hour and a half on the North Pole Express. Delight in the magic of Christmas as the train departs for a journey to collect Santa who has been magically transported to an undisclosed location along the tracks.
Once onboard, passengers enjoy their iced chocolate from their Souvenir Mug, a delicious cookie and are also served sweet treats by our North Pole Express Chefs. During the first leg of the journey wide-eyed children of all ages are invited to engage with characters who are eager to hear what makes the Christmas season special to them.
Youâll meet the conductor, and join in the fun singing and dancing with our chefs and a few other characters who will appear in your carriage on the journey.
Along the journey Santa appears in your carriage to present each child with their very own âFirst Gift of Christmasâ, a silver bell from his sleigh. During the trip, characters in each carriage lead passengers in caroling and entertainment as the train makes its way back home.

children under 2 years old go free when travelling on the lap of an adult traveller.
Ticket prices include all transaction and administration fees and charges.
General ticket sales commence October, 2019 and end on 30 November 2019.
Join The Magical Journey to meet Santa! Your tickets include: Entertainers, Carolling, Iced Cocoa & Cookies, North Pole Express Souvenir Mug, visit in your carriage from Santa, special year dated ‘sleigh bell’, surprise guests on your journey and photo opportunities. Candy Class Prancer and Donner guests will receive a Candy Cane balloon, extra treats, and additional time with Santa onboard.
