Onehunga Christmas Parade 2024

Come to the Dress Smart Christmas Parade to celebrate the festive season in Onehunga on 23rd of November! The theme for this year’s Dress Smart Christmas Parade is “Christmas in Summer.”

The parade will begin at 11 am and proceed from Arthur Street to Princes Street via Onehunga Mall before returning to the starting point.

Following the parade, MC Suzy Cato will perform some of her classic songs outside St. Peter’s Church. there’ll be the chance to meet Santa whose throne will be located outside St Peter’s Church, 12.00-1.30pm Santa will be doing a walk about in Dress Smart. There will also be balloon twisting and face painting by the Police station and St Peter’s Church.

Finish off the festivities at The Y – Sir William Jordan Rec Centre. They are hosting an after-parade party from 11.30am with a bouncy castle, fun games, spot prizes, a sausage sizzle and more!
