The Magical World of Margaret Mahy | Films in the Square

In partnership with Screenies, Auckland Live Summer in the Square presents The Magical World of Margaret Mahy, five animated short films based on the best-selling children’s books by internationally acclaimed NZ author, Margaret Mahy.

Grab your friends and whānau, and head on down to Aotea Square early to grab a beanbag or deckchair before the screening starts at 10am. Box in the Square Cafe and Bar will be open for food and beverage while live music will be playing from 12pm – 4pm.

This is part of Tāmaki Makaurau’s outdoor cinema line-up Films in the Square in Aotea Square, so grab the whānau, picnic rug and ready, set, action!
