iLove Pies have just launched their Angus Beef Mince Party Pies and are now available in packs of 6 at the freezer section of supermarkets.  They were given the thumbs up at our house.

​If you haven’t made iLove Pies you may not know that they also make ready to bake sausage rolls,  The favourite sausage rolls are the spinach and feta sausage rolls for the vegetarians in our house.  They come frozen and ready to bake which makes it easy to put a few off the spinach and feta rolls and the original meat sausage rolls in the oven at the same time, which keeps both the meat eaters and vegetarians in our house happy.

​The pastry always turns out really well, even when they are cooked from frozen.  I’m not sure if its the special sour cream pastry or the fillings that make the party pies and sausage rolls such a popular afterschool treat for the kids.. but there always seem to disappear as soon as they have cooled down from the oven.
