This pioneering playground takes inspiration from Hobsonvilles aviation past as an RNZAF base and is an aviation-themed adventure for kids to discover. The giant 5 metre plus tower is a play airport control tower for the kids to imagine directing planes to take-off and land from. Kids love the runway-themed climbing wall and the very tall tunnel slide!
There is lots of play equipment in the park to try from balance beams, an aeroplane rocker, wobbly bridge, rope climber, basket swing, balance beam and more.
Plus there is a netball hoop and large grass area for kids to have fun with a ball.
