For younger children there is a smaller play area with sand. The higher equipment is better suited to children who feel confident climbing.
Our tips for visiting with kids
Pack some snacks and take a break at one of the picnic tables. The big trees provide shady spots around the reserve but bring hats and sunscreen for sunny days.
There is a drinking fountain so bring water bottles to refill. Public toilets are available within the reserve too.
If you are visiting with toddlers and older children allow time for both the smaller play area and the bigger climbing structures.
