Check out these fun family-friendly events to keep the kids entertained during the 2023 Spring School Holidays in Queenstown, New Zealand. Queenstown Multicultural Festival
Where: Queenstown Events Centre, Joe O’Connell Drive, Frankton, Queenstown

This exciting community event is designed to showcase Queenstown’s cultural diversity. Come along and enjoy unique performances, live cultural music and some fantastic diverse food, fun games for kids and craft stalls.
Te Atamira School Holiday Programme
Where: Te Atamira, Mahi Tahi, Dart House Building
11/12 Hawthorne Drive, Frankton 9300, Tāhuna | Queenstown
When:25 September to 29 September 2023 and Monday 2 October to Friday 6 October 2023: 9am to 3pm each day.

Kids aged 5 to 12 years old can enjoy a fun arts and craft holiday programme at Te Atamira in the September and October school holidays.
Spring Arrowtown Beech Party Planting Day
Where: Meet at the Arrowtown Chinese Village
When: Sunday 8 October: 9am to 1pm

Come and help the Arrowtown Choppers plant 3000 native Beech, Totara, and Ribbonwood on the slopes above Bush Creek (Sawpit Gully Track). This is a day for all age groups, families and friends to help plant 3000 native trees and enhance the biodiversity of the Arrowtown area. This adds to the 11,000 trees already planted in the area.
All the holes will be pre-dug holes to make is easy to plant plenty of trees.
Stay up the hill after the plantings and enjoy a complimentary BBQ, refreshments and kids prizes provided by the sponsors of this event.

Remarkables Market
Where: Corner Hawthorne and Red Oaks Drive, Remarkables Park, Queenstown
When: 30 Sep and 7 October 2023: 9am to 2pm

The Remarkables Market is at The Red Barn at the Remarkables Park in Queenstown with the stunning Remarkables Mountain Range in the background. You can try produce, hot and cold food and beverages, crafts and gifts. There are several large communal tables and picnic rugs. Plus, a large sandpit and playground keeps the kids happy!
And if you don’t want to shop, the Market is beautiful environment to enjoy a coffee, brunch or lunch with friends while listening to local musicians.
