Entry to the Museum is free to everyone on Anzac Day. The Museum will open immediately following the Dawn Service.

Cantare and Choralation Choirs

As the sun rises on Anzac Day, join Cantare and Choralation as they welcome the Dawn in the evocative surroundings of the WWI Hall of Memories, with a programme of reflection and remembrance. Cantare is Westlake Girls’ premier choir, which won their consecutive Gold Award at the Big Sing in 2019, and Choralation is the combined Westlake Girls’ and Westlake Boys’ High Schools choir, who also won a Gold Award at 2019’s Big Sing.

Lest We Forget Poetry Competition Finalists

Join  in support of the finalists of the  Lest We Forget Poetry Competition, as they read out their winning entries. Finalists were asked to create a response in poetry or prose to the theme of “Children of War”.
