Experience the smells and tastes of a Victorian kitchen at Highwic on our Coal Range Baking Days.

Watch as the coal range volunteers recreate traditional Victorian recipes as well as modern favourites on the Shacklock coal range in Highwic’s 1870s kitchen.

You might even get to taste the final product!

Normal entry to the house applies – adults $10, accompanied children free (four children per paying adult).
