Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen’s most beloved tale and the classic Disney animated film the National Youth Theatre Company present, this fin-tastic musical is a hauntingly beautiful love story for the ages. Featuring music by eight-time Academy Award winner Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater, and a compelling book by Doug Wright, this splash-hit production will reel you in from the very first note.

Bring the whole family and dive into a sea of unforgettable songs, including “Under the Sea,” “Part of Your World,” and “Poor Unfortunate Souls”, all brought to life by over 250 of Auckland’s best young performers.

As the resident youth theatre of Auckland Live, National Youth Theatre produces two seasons of high quality, accessible family entertainment each year and this one is set to make serious waves.
