The Ellerslie Fairy Festival & Pirate Party is a fun, FREE family event for fairy and pirate fans of all ages.
Dress up and come and meet our fairies, pirates and other magical characters as we transform Ellerslie’s main street.
From 9.30am:
🎨 Fairy and pirate face painting – $5 p/person
🏰 FREE bouncy castle jumping! – four to choose from including a toddler-only one!
🎠 Animal cycle rides – $5 p/ride
🍿 Fairy floss and popcorn
🛍️ The General Collective Kids Market: 20 stalls full of treasures at Arthur Street carpark (plus food trucks)
10.30am highlights:
🧚♂️ Procession kicks-off at 10:30am with dancing fairies, sword-fighting pirates, princesses and superheroes all arriving to the festival
🫧 Circus acts and workshops
🌳 Chill zones and fun activity stations
🎪 Two stages with scheduled performances from:
• Elsa and Anna sing along with our Frozen favourites
• Singing Princesses Aerial, Princess Belle and Cinderella singing some of their favourites
• Dancing Fairies Fairy Lavender, Fairy Blossom and Fairy Sweet Pea to entertain you
• Pirate Norm and Pirate Sarah on the ukelele
• Superhero School Spiderman and Batman ready to train their minis
• Singing Rapunzel
Plus scheduled photo sessions too!
And, unique magical marquees with:
• Pirates Ahoy! what is Pirate Paul and his side-kick parrot Singh up to?
• Fairy Grotto grab a pic with Fairy Sweet Pea and Fairy Rose
• Pirate Cove meet Peter Pan, Captain Hook and Tinkerbell
• Princess photo booth grab a pic with Sleeping Beauty
• Fairy Bubbles and her magical show.

Plus, Ellerslie Village businesses will be joining in the enchantment and will be open for business adding to the fairy tale experience.
