Eye on Nature Wearable Arts Fashion Show 2021

Join the Beautification Trust in celebrating the incredibly unique garments created by Auckland primary and secondary school students at the Eye on Nature Wearable Arts Fashion Show. Tamariki and rangatahi will be showcasing their eco-friendly wearable art pieces on the catwalk.

Through the judging criteria; students’ are encouraged to consider what materials they use to construct their garments and what impact these choices have on the environment. Each creation is also designed to represent an environmental message or concern that they’ve researched, in line with the Eye on Nature 2021 theme: “mai nga maunga ki te moana, ko te wai te oranga. From the mountains to the sea, water is life”
