Mauku School Country Life Day

This year’s Country Life Day theme is SPACE at Mauku School, and they are bringing the stars to the fields!

Mauku School students have been working hard learning all about outer space and have produced some outstanding extra-terrestrial projects which will proudly be on display for the day.

The students have also been busy preparing their animals for the event and you can expect to see cows,
sheep and chickens on display from 9:00am to 10:00am.

From 10:00am onwards, you are invited to embrace the magic of the universe and the charm of the
countryside as these two worlds are combined into an unforgettable event with:

• Raffles: Win incredible prizes that will make your heart skip a beat, just like a shooting star.
• Bouncy Castle: Bounce among the stars in a castle that’s truly from another galaxy.
• Lucky Dips: Dive into the unknown with surprises waiting at every dip.
• Pony Rides: Gallop through the day on your very own cosmic steed.
• Magic Carpet Ride: Soar through the skies on a magical journey beyond the horizon.
• Face Painting: Transform into an otherworldly being with the stroke of a brush.
• Cake Stall: Indulge in treats as delightful as the constellations themselves.
• Coffee/Hot Food: Fuel your space adventure with a warm cuppa and
  delicious food from our fundraising BBQ through to food trucks.
• Ice creams/Slushies: Chill out with icy delights that are as cool as interstellar winds.
• Fresh Vege Stall: Discover the best produce straight from the Earth, a gift that feels truly out of this world.
• Plants: Bring the cosmos into your garden with our celestial collection of plants.
• Classic Cars: Admire the beauty of vintage automobiles that once graced our earthly roads.
• Local Fire Brigade: Meet our local heroes and explore a real fire truck up close!
