Come along and experience a slice of what life was like in New Zealand during the 1800’s at Howick Historical Village on Sunday 20th June. Enjoy traditional crafts like rag rug and rope making; outdoor games; the forge will be in action, and you can make your own butter! Be entertained by Morris Dancers, see the villagers knitting and spinning wool and check out what’s cooking in the Puhi Nui homestead kitchen.
