Soar into LIVE DAY: Flying this September at MOTAT on 17 Sep. Filled with aviation action across both locations, take flight for a day of fantastic flying fun!

Take a tour of our Aviation Hall, get creative building your own Tiger Moth plane, or even relax and unwind with te reo Māori storytime!

Plus! check out the new Te Kōtiu immersive experience, showcasing aerospace heroes, events and aircrafts within Aotearoa through projections throughout the aviation hall!

There will be loads more going on around the museum including the Live Day classics like the Lollyman, the Blacksmith’s Forge, live music and heaps more!
