Movement for Joy with Jack at Open Arts Day

Movement for Joy came about as a way to provide people with an opportunity to move, and to think about identity, moving through barriers, and finding universality together.

At Corban’s Open Arts Day, Jack Gray Artistic Director of the Atamira Dance Company will be facilitating a FREE class at 1pm at Te Pou Theatre (Shed 1) for public to come and join in.

The more the merrier. Bring your kids, yourselves, your friends.

All types of people have come to experience the magic of dancing in community and reflecting on the needs of how we feel and are in everyday life.Wear clothes that are easy to move in and bring an open mind and a sense of humour. Water bottles and maybe a sweat towel might be useful.
