Nurture & Nourish Connection Circle

You and your child(ren) are invited to this very special Nurture and Nourish connection circle scheduled for Sunday 12 May 2024 12pm to 2pm has been posponed until 2 June at Yoga House in Orewa! A magic, meditative & creative Mother’s Day opportunity. A chance to nurture and nourish yourselves in mind, body and soul while sharing a memorable and precious experience together!

Enjoy a range of calming meditation and mindfulness practices where you can luxuriate in relaxation and connection while experiencing, and learning about, powerful tools for supporting your holistic wellbeing.

Then get creative! Participants will be guided through a yoga nidra style meditation, equipped with all you need to nestle into this beautiful, cosy set up. Then we will enjoy a gratitude circle followed by a connection ritual. Next, we’ll experience the magic of mindful creativity where we will create our sacred positive affirmation cards to take home with us; all while enjoying the benefits of supportive essential oil products to deepen the relaxation and rejuvenation.
