Hear the fascinating history of pipe organs inside 3 historical churches. The tour will be lead by Helen Lukman-Fox who was Winner of the 2020 AOA Organ Performance Competition and you will get to see and hear:
Organ 1: A rare 1909 Croft aka “Steve” at St Stephen’s Presbyterian Church
Organ 2: The oldest organ in Australasia: 1779 Avery at Ponsonby Baptist Church
Organ 3: A rebuilt 1958 Croft at All Saints’ Anglican Church
The tour starts at St Stephen’s Presbyterian Church, 65 Jervois Road, Ponsonby at 2:00PM. Refreshments will be served before the tour starts from 1:30pm.
