Parakai Springs is open daily during Alert Level 2 and will be open on Sundays to Thursdays form 10am to 7pm and Friday and Saturdays from 10am to 8pm.
Parakai Springs has large indoor and outdoor natural thermal water hot pools for the whole family to enjoy. The outdoor thermal pool is heated to 32°C and has a gentle slope beach area for small children. The large indoor thermal pool is heated to 40°C. There are hydro water slides for kids over 8 years old and adults to enjoy too.
At Level 2, Paraki Springs will need to collect some basic information for contact tracing purposes at entry and the foyer will be limited to one group at a time. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the complex and they will be requiring guests to keep their social distance from each other. They filter the water and add some chorine to ensure that the pools are safe, clean and free of impurities.
