Andrew Lloyd Webber has launched a new YouTube channel that will stream a production of his musicals for FREE online every week, in an effort to keep people entertained while they are at home.
Titled The Shows Must Go On!, features a production from the composer’s repertoire will be made available globally each weekend for a 48-hour period every Saturday morning at 6am in New Zealand Stand Time (NZST).
Watch the musical Love Never Dies on Youtube that follows on ten years after the original Phantom of the Opera musical where the Phantom disappeared from the Paris Opera House to New York, where he now lives amongst the joy rides and freakshows of Coney Island. The film is of the 2012 production starring Ben Lewis as The Phantom and Anna O’Byrne as Christine in the leading cast of 36, and accompanied by a 21 piece orchestra.
The musical re-broadcasts are made possible through permission by Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group.
