Free fun for curious minds at Auckland Museum. Bring the tamariki along for a weekend full of creativity and discovery. Join the Auckland Museum team for Weekends of Wonder – a programme packed with arts and crafts, lively storytelling, and songs designed to inspire young imaginations.

Get creative with mask-making, bookmark crafting, and bug creations, and settle in for storytime featuring Ngā Manu (birds) and Pacific patterns.

There’s plenty to discover and enjoy every weekend at your Museum — and best of all it’s free!

Saturday and Sundays: 10AM, 11AM & 1PM in May and June 2025 on Level 1 in Te Whiwhinga Imaginarium and Weird & Wonderful
