Come along and celebrate NZ Maritime Museum’s latest exhibition, Always Song in the Water, through a vibrant lineup of activities for families and children on Sunday 27 Aug.

Clay Taonga, 10am – 2pm – Be inspired by the textures of the sea and create a clay taonga to wear close to your heart.

Activity Booklet, 10am – 4pm – Explore the wonders of our exhibition with an interactive activity book that also offers engaging at-home activities.

Haiku Competition, 10am – 4pm – Get creative and craft your very own haiku using our giant magnetic poetry wall. Go into the draw to win one of our three prizes for kids, teens and adults.
