Go shopping for your picnic lunch at the Clevedon Farmers Market
Take a drive to the Clevedon Markets on Sunday morning. Get Mum a coffee when you arrive and then let her sample and choose the supplies for a picnic lunch. If it’s a fine day then you could head to Maraetai Beach which is only a 20 minute drive away to enjoy your picnic lunch.

Cornwall Park has lots of trails and paths to explore and plenty of farm animals to see on your walk. Afterwards have lunch at the Cornwall Park Cafe. This is another good spot for Mum’s as the cafe has a kids play area inside and lots of paths and a large grass area outside. If you remember to take the kids scooters too, older kids will happily entertain themselves riding on the paths by the cafe so Mum’s can enjoy a relaxing lunch.
