Eliette’s Music Academy is opening in Grafton in February 2022
Eliette’s Music Academy (EMA) is coming to Grafton in Term 1, 2022. The school that originally started in Albany on Auckland’s North Shore in 2016 is expanding and cannot wait to meet new families, students and musicians of all ages, levels and abilities in the CBD.
EMA’s main focus is to inspire students to enjoy music for life! To make music education accessible to every age, every level and every learning need.
They strongly believe in a playing based environment. They see great results when a student is inspired through play and action rather than the traditional method of learning to read and write first.
EMA teaches internationally recognised programmes from Simply Music Piano and Lynn Kleiner’s Music Rhapsody for Preschoolers. Similar philosophies are applied to all lessons taught at the Academy.
Having students playing songs from the very first lesson is inspiring, captivating and encouraging for everyone involved. At the end of the day all they hope to achieve is for their students to feel confident enough to make music and share music together!
EMA values the importance of regular performance opportunities for their students and hosts term jam nights, community gigs, annual concerts and performance masterclasses.
Eliette’s Music Academy opens in Grafton at 181 Khyber Pass Road in February 2022 with the start of Term 1 and they hope to see you there. A modern facility made up of 14 purpose built studio rooms, fully soundproofed and colourfully decorated.
On offer will be a range of lessons including: Piano, Singing, Drums, Guitar, Ukulele, Bass, Violin, Bands, Choirs, Music Production, Songwriting, Musical Theatre, Drama and Preschool Music. They also offer regular school holiday programmes throughout the year and have an onsite retail store for all your musical equipment needs.
