Steel ‘n’ Wheels 2019 promises plenty of action to keep you revved up with lots of adrenalin pumping attractions and great entertainment for the whole family.
Four hours packed with a variety of exciting displays, mean machines, live music and markets. Something for everyone; vintage and classic cars, hot rods, trucks, tractors, military, bikes and more! The NZ Freestyle FMX bikes will be back with more outlandish stunts, the World War II Re-enactment display and battle, the V8 Bottle-O chainsaw and Harley chainsaw racing, Dragster fire ups, the Cackle fest and Fire Service displays, to name a few. Entertainment this year features one of the top Elvis impersonators with ‘The Elvis NZ Band’, local rock band ‘Mind Over Matter’, rock ‘n’ roll & country from ‘Roger and the Ramjets’, ‘Franklin Rockers’ rock ‘n’ roll dancers and other performers, plus lots of kids carnival activities and the huge food and craft market.
Bring the family for a fun filled day. Entry is by way of a gold coin per person to support the continuation of this great community event.
