Shore Road Playground and Reserve in Remuera
Shore Road Reserve and Playground is an excellent local play area in Remuera with playground equipment for young and school aged children with sports fields. Shore Road Reserve is a popular hangout for local families and is connected to Thomas Bloodworth Park by a small bridge.
Kids will enjoy the playground which has a spinner, slides, climbing frames, see-saw and swings to keep them entertained. There is rubber play surface in the playground area to help protect the little kids if they fall.
Next to the playground are two rugby fields, a general sports field, cricket nets and cricket pitches as well as toilets and a changing room.

The playground is only partially fenced and the car park when sports games and sports practice sessions are on so keep an eye on your little kids.
The playground is not shaded, so remember to bring sunscreen and a hat in summer.
Shore Road Reserve is adjacent to Hobson Bay and has a stunning view out to Rangitoto. The Reserve has a gravel path that goes along the edge of the Reserve and overlooks Hobson Bay.
Dogs are not permitted in the playground or on the sports field, but they can be near the playground and sports fields when they are on-leash. They are allowed off-lease in other areas of the reserve including the areas of the Hobson Bay Walkway that is adjacent to the park.

You can find Shore Road Playground within Shore Road Reserve, which is located on Shore Road in Remuera which is in Central Auckland, New Zealand. Shore Road Reserve is also home to the Parnell Cricket Club and The Terry Jarvis Centre indoor cricket facility.
